The dam of Daivões is an arch-gravity dam with a maximum height between the crown, at 231.00 m, and the lowest foundation point of 77.50 m.
The hydroelectric power plant, semi-buried, situated on the right bank, is equipped with two Francis turbines of 110 m3/s of nominal capacity. The total installed power will be 118 MW.
Lurpelan has executed the Provisional Diversion Tunnel: 26,600 m3 of excavation, 646 m3 of sprayed concrete and 1,440 ml of corrugated steel bolt.
